- What You’ll Do:
De
liver fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service to every customer
- Assist customers in navigating product options
- Support store operations and help achieve sales goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment
- Operate point-of-sale systems and follow safety procedures
- Support emergency and safety protocols as needed
- What We’re Looking For:
Str
ong customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Familiarity with outdoor activities like fishing, hunting, and camping a plus
- Must meet legal requirements for firearm transactions (for Fishing & Hunting Team Members)
- Previous retail or inventory experience preferred but not required
- Physical Requirements:
Abil
ity to frequently walk, stand, and lift up to 10 lbs (occasionally up to 60 lbs)
- Use of hands, fingers, and vision to complete tasks and operate equipment
- Must adhere to company attendance and behavior policies
- Preferred Qualifications:
High
school diploma or GED (preferred)
- CPR/First Aid certified (Asset Protection Team Only)
- FOID card eligibility (Illinois – Fishing & Hunting roles only)
- Outdoor hobby experience (Fishing, Hunting, Shooting, Camping)
