Single-Vehicle Crash Reported East of Springfield
On June 22, 2025, a single-vehicle crash was reported on Farm Road 164, just east of Springfield. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a 22-year-old Springfield man was behind the wheel of a 2017 Chevrolet Cruze when the vehicle left the roadway, sideswiped a guardrail, and collided with an embankment.
A 20-year-old passenger from Ozark, Missouri, was transported by private vehicle to receive medical attention. Authorities have not confirmed whether the driver sustained any injuries. The incident remains under investigation.
