Single-Vehicle Crash Reported Near Springfield
On June 25, 2025, a single-vehicle accident occurred on Farm Road 146, approximately half a mile west of Springfield. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a 25-year-old Springfield man was driving a 2011 Toyota Scion when the vehicle veered off the right side of the roadway and collided with a tree. The driver reportedly sought medical treatment at Cox South Hospital via private transportation.
